About InterestCorp
InterestCorp is an owner-led company supporting federal agencies through commercial product supply and clearly defined software projects.
Company structure
InterestCorp, LLC operates two distinct practices. Product Supply and Fulfillment coordinates commercial items for MRO, material-handling, packaging, hardware, furniture, and facility requirements, with particular emphasis on American-made products when required or preferred. Software and Digital Systems delivers fixed-scope internal applications, workflow tools, data dashboards, and systems integrations.
The practices share company leadership and accountability, but they are presented separately in capability statements and proposals. A product requirement receives product-specific sourcing and fulfillment information. A software requirement receives a focused technical delivery plan.
The owner leads requirements clarification, scope, coordination, communication, and acceptance. InterestCorp scales project delivery through qualified independent contractors and organizational subcontractors selected for the specific technical or operational requirements of each engagement.
Resources are represented as available only after commitment is confirmed. When a response relies on a particular developer, firm, supplier, or specialist, the relationship and role are stated accurately.
InterestCorp distinguishes key-personnel experience from company past performance and does not claim a standing team, owned inventory, facilities, registrations, certifications, or project history that cannot be verified. American-made status is verified at the quoted-item level rather than stated as a blanket claim. The goal is a focused, supportable response to the requirement—not a broad claim to perform every kind of work.
Working principles
Each response is shaped around the actual requirement, the resources committed to it, and evidence that can be supported.
